Major Accountabilities
·Formulate, recommend, obtain management approval, implement and monitor marketing plans to maximise sales (winning of projects), for both standalone projects and long-term customer relationships.
·Develop power market research methods and indicators to identify major prospects. Establish pursuit strategies to maximize the probability of winning each major identified project.
·Participate in the preparation of annual and medium term financial plans to ensure they are feasible in marketing terms, project market mix and sales value.
·Work closely with the Power Business Group in Power BD activities, and to provide market intelligence and co-ordinate corporate and business unit BD plans for each required customer sector group.
·Direct, support and/or carry out BD and marketing campaigns as required. Provides leadership in the preparation of proposals and statements of qualifications.
·Ensure proper completion of contracts, including payment collection, complaint settlement, etc.
·Take initiatives to coordinate with other colleagues in the company to optimize customer service.
Knowledge / Experience / Competencies Required
Job Specific Knowledge:
·5- 10 years of working experience in Power BD & Marketing.
·Bachelor degree or above in business administration, marketing or relevant tertiary courses.
·Fluent English language skills (written and verbal).
·Good contact to the industry is preferred.
·Strong business sense and be able to control business opportunities.
·Innovative thinking and ability to develop win-win solutions for customers and service provider/employer.
·A team player with proven communication and networking skills.
